- 1 large lime (juiced and zested)

Instructions
- Whisk honey, lime juice, and half the zest in a small bowl.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté pineapple and peaches for 3 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- Add blueberries and the honey-lime mixture.
- Toss for 1-2 minutes until the dressing thickens into a syrup.
- Garnish with remaining zest and mint; serve warm.
