- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken
- Sear skin-side down
- Flip and brown
- Sauté garlic
- Deglaze pan
- Simmer sauce with Dijon and cream
- Combine and serve
