Instructions
- Brown the butter in a saucepan until amber and nutty; let cool slightly.
- Whisk butter with brown and white sugars until smooth.
- Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; whisk for 2 minutes.
- Fold in sifted dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for at least 2 hours.
