An ultra-creamy, no-bake Southern classic featuring layers of vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and a stabilized whipped cream custard.

- 2 boxes (11 oz) vanilla wafers
- 6–8 large ripe bananas
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pkg (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1.5 cups cold water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix, water, and condensed milk; chill for 5 mins.
- Beat softened cream cheese and fold into the pudding mixture.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding base.
- Slice bananas into rounds.
- Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding in a trifle dish; repeat.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and chill for at least 4 hours.
