Snowy Christmas Phantom Punch

  • Author: Melissa

Description

A dreamy, frosty punch with a tropical twist that looks like it’s straight from a winter wonderland, complete with shimmering edible glitter and fluffy, snowy garnishes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup sparkling water (chilled, for fizz)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
4 cups coconut milk (or white cranberry juice for a snowy look)
1 tablespoon silver edible glitter (optional, for a shimmering effect)
Ice cubes
Snowy Garnishes:
Fresh coconut shavings or white candy floss (cotton candy) (to float on top)

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

In a large pitcher or bowl, I combined the pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut milk (or white cranberry juice for a snowy hue). I stirred everything together until well mixed.
Add the Fizz:

I poured in the sparkling water to add some refreshing bubbles, mixing gently to keep the fizz intact.
Add the Sparkle:

I stirred in the silver edible glitter for a magical, shimmering effect. This gives the punch a soft, frosty glow.
Serve and Garnish:

I filled glasses with ice cubes and poured the punch over the ice, letting the sparkling liquid shine.
To complete the snowy look, I topped each glass with fresh coconut shavings or a fluffy cloud of white candy floss, letting it float on top like snowflakes.
Optional Add-ins:
If I want to make it a bit more festive, I could add a splash of coconut rum (if serving for adults) or even a few fresh mint leaves for a hint of color and flavor.
