Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Miso Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Prep the Broccoli:
- On a large sheet pan, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in an even layer.
- Add the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets on the sheet pan alongside the broccoli. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then brush the miso glaze generously over each fillet.
- Bake:
