- 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings
- Season chicken
- Arrange on pan
- Roast 40-45 mins
- Broil 2 mins
- Serve
