- 6 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- Mash the raspberries into a puree in a small bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in the chia seeds and mashed raspberries.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
