Pina Colada Sangria is a tropical twist on traditional sangria, combining pineapple, coconut, and rum for a fruity and fun cocktail perfect for summer parties or lazy afternoons!

- 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
- 1 fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Mix the Base:
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice.
- Add the Fruit:
- Stir in the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, orange, and lime.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld and the fruits infuse the sangria.
- Add Bubbles:
- Just before serving, stir in the soda water for a refreshing fizz.
- Serve:
- Serve in glasses filled with ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less pineapple juice based on your taste preference.
- For an extra twist, consider adding a splash of coconut cream for a creamier texture.
