- 1.5 cups long-grain rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sear chicken
- Sauté aromatics
- Toast rice
- Add broth and chicken
- Simmer covered for 25 mins
- Rest and serve
