- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken
- Sear in skillet
- Remove chicken
- Sauté garlic
- Add liquid and reduce
- Return chicken to pan
- Garnish and serve
