  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (like Sriracha or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the Bowls:

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or quinoa)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the Turkey:
    1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
