An ultra-creamy, flavorful pasta salad featuring a tangy homemade dressing and crisp vegetables, perfect for picnics and BBQs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Rotini or Macaroni pasta
- 1.5 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Diced celery
- 1 cup Diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Diced red onion
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- Whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, and sugar.
- Toss pasta with 3/4 of the dressing and diced vegetables.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Add remaining dressing before serving and garnish with herbs.
