Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Flour Blend
  • 1/2 cup Superfine Almond Flour
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries (reduced to 1/2 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Full-Fat Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Puree and reduce strawberries to 1/2 cup; let cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F and prep two cake pans with parchment.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs, strawberry reduction, sour cream, and vanilla.
  5. Whisk dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before frosting.
