Ingredients

- 2 large heads of fresh broccoli
- 10 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli, then cut into small bite-sized florets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, red onion, seeds, cranberries, and cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
