- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp honey
- Fresh chives for garnish
- Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs for 12 minutes and immediately place in an ice bath.
- Peel eggs, slice in half, and remove yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks and mix with mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chives and sesame seeds before serving.
