Description
A creamy, festive punch that’s perfect for the holidays, featuring a smooth blend of coconut, pineapple, and vanilla, with a snowy touch of edible glitter for extra magic!
Ingredients
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
2 cups coconut milk (or coconut cream for a richer texture)
1 cup vanilla almond milk (or regular milk)
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Edible white glitter or shimmer powder (for the snowy effect)
Ice cubes
Shredded coconut (for garnish)
Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
Pineapple chunks (for garnish)
Instructions
Mix the Liquids:
In a large pitcher or bowl, I combined the pineapple juice, coconut milk, and vanilla almond milk, stirring to blend the flavors.
Sweeten and Flavor:
I added the sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing well until everything was smoothly incorporated.
Add the Sparkle:
I stirred in the edible glitter to give the punch a shimmering, snow-like appearance.
Chill and Serve:
I filled glasses with ice cubes and poured the White Christmas Punch over the ice. For extra festivity, I garnished each glass with shredded coconut, a cinnamon stick, and a few pineapple chunks.
Notes
Optional Add-ins:
For extra richness, I can add a splash of coconut cream to each glass before serving.
If I want to make the punch more fun and interactive, I could freeze some of the punch mixture into ice cubes and use them to chill the drink without diluting it.
