Soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor, they’re a peanut butter paradise in every bite. Whether you’re baking for a special occasion, a holiday, or just because, these cookies are guaranteed to be a hit!

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
– 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
– 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cream the Butter and Sugars:
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add Wet Ingredients:
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the Reese’s Goodies:
Gently fold in the Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Shape the Dough:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
  • Bake:
Bake the cookies for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Avoid overbaking to keep the centers soft and chewy.
  • Cool:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

How to Serve:

  • Serve warm with a glass of cold milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
  • Arrange on a platter for parties, bake sales, or holiday gatherings.

Storing Leftovers:

  • Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Add a slice of bread to the container to keep the cookies soft.
  • Freezing Dough: Scoop and freeze cookie dough balls on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag. Bake directly from frozen, adding 1–2 minutes to the bake time.
  • Freezing Baked Cookies: Freeze baked cookies in a single layer for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
