Instructions

  • Make the Meringue:
    • Beat egg whites at medium speed until soft peaks form.
    • Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
    • Gently fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
  • Shape & Bake:
    • Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round with slightly raised edges.
    • Bake for 90 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
  • Whip the Cream:
    • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Assemble the Pavlova:
    • Place the cooled meringue on a serving plate.
    • Spread whipped cream over the top.
    • Arrange fresh berries decoratively.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
