Instructions

- Gently fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Shape & Bake:
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round with slightly raised edges.
- Bake for 90 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
- Whip the Cream:
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the Pavlova:
- Place the cooled meringue on a serving plate.
- Spread whipped cream over the top.
- Arrange fresh berries decoratively.
- Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
