  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the Potatoes:
    • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add potatoes, sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the Steak:
    • Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
    • In the same skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over high heat.
    • Sear the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
    • Stir in minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Combine and Serve:
    • Return potatoes and steak to the skillet. Toss in the garlic butter sauce.
    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot!
