  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Dough:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Stir until smooth.
    • Add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until it forms a dough.
  • Shape the Dough:
    • Place the dough on the lined baking sheet. Flatten it into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  • Bake the Base:
    • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Remove from the oven.
  • Add the Toppings:
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the baked dough.
    • Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Final Bake:
    • Return to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Serve:
    • Let cool slightly, then slice into “fingers.” Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
