  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative like almond or oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cherry Layer

  • 1 cup cherry juice (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup grenadine syrup (optional, for added sweetness and a vibrant red hue)
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional, for a nutty aroma)

For Garnish

  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Edible glitter (optional, for sparkle and festivity)

Instructions

1. Prep the Glass:

Dip the rim of your glass in water or grenadine, then roll it in graham cracker crumbs to mimic a cheesecake crust.

2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:

In a blender, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill the mixture for about 10 minutes to thicken slightly.

3. Assemble the Mocktail:

Fill the bottom half of the glass with the cheesecake layer.
Slowly pour the cherry juice (mixed with grenadine and almond extract, if using) over the back of a spoon to layer it gently on top of the cheesecake mixture.
