Warm Brie with Roasted Holiday Fruits

 

Ingredients:

1 wheel of brie cheese (8-12 oz)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 apple, diced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, diced apple, pomegranate seeds, chopped walnuts, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Toss until the fruits and nuts are evenly coated.
Spoon the fruit and nut mixture over the brie wheel, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
